Are you a seasoned fundraising strategist with a passion for making a difference? Boys Town seeks a dynamic individual to lead our Development and Fundraising team in Omaha, Nebraska.

As our Fundraising Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the philanthropic landscape for our organization. From devising comprehensive fundraising strategies to cultivating relationships with institutional prospects and leadership donors, your leadership will directly impact our mission to support at-risk youth.

Key Responsibilities Include:

•    Crafting and executing fundraising plans encompassing major gifts, corporate partnerships, planned giving, and special events.
•    Serving as the primary liaison for foundation philanthropy, staying abreast of industry trends and policies.
•    Managing a team of fundraising professionals to ensure goals are met and exceeded.
•    Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop compelling messaging and materials.
•    Aligning development efforts with organizational goals and values.


Qualifications:

•    Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
•    Minimum twelve years of relevant development experience.
•    Willingness to travel as needed.
