OVERVIEW OF JOB
Assists in the completion of legal projects and documents, as assigned. ◦Researches legal issues and drafts memorandums and transactional documents.
◦Assists in the preparation of deposition witnesses for depositions, observes depositions, and prepares answers to requests for depositions, interrogatories, and requests for information with regard to administrative claims and lawsuits, and attend administrative meetings and hearings.
◦Drafts corporate resolutions and reviews other corporate documents.
◦Performs a variety of entry level legal activities including typing memoranda, and assisting in the preparation of files for administrative hearings and other litigation
Serves as a role model in carrying out the Father Flanagan's Boys' Home mission. ◦Directs all activities towards the fulfillment of the Boys Town mission

REQUIRED EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE, OR SKILLS
Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem solving skills.
Ability to communicate in an articulate, professional manner while maintaining necessary degree of confidentiality.
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Ability to both take direction and work independently, meet deadlines, and multi-task while maintaining quality standards.
Excellent academic and personal background.
Strong attention to detail.
Student currently enrolled in law school.
