  • Recruit top talent to fill open positions across the nation while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. 
  • Manages full life cycle of recruiting process.
  • Sources, screens, interviews, and selects candidates for referral to hiring managers.
  • Identifies and develops strategies for tapping new markets to attract qualified applicants; evaluates marketing strategies for effectively meeting organizational staffing needs.
  • Partners with hiring managers on the development of selection criteria and recruiting strategies for available positions; implements recruitment programs and provides insights on market trends.
  • Serves as a role model in carrying out the Father Flanagan's Boys' Home mission.
  • Other Duties: This job description incorporates the essential functions and duties required for this position. However, other duties may be required and assigned at times and as determined by a supervisor in order to meet the needs of the organization.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, related field, or equivalent.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience including human resources and recruiting.
  • Available to work evenings and weekends to facilitate recruiting events as needed.  Recruiting events are typically scheduled in advance and the majority of recruiting events take place during normal business hours.
  • Hospital Recruiting experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of employment law, EEOC, and OFCCP Compliance preferred.

A National Historic Landmark since 1985, the Village of Boys Town is now the only National Historic Landmark District in Nebraska. At any given time, about 400 boys and girls live in the Village, receiving care and guidance for a wide range of behavioral, emotional and academic issues. When Father Edward J. Flanagan purchased the Overlook Farm in 1921, it became the new, permanent site of Boys Town.
