Job Title: Supervisor Help Line QA Data

Location: Headquarters -Omaha, NE

Job Summary:  The Supervisor of Helpline Quality Assurance and Data analyzes, validates and reports data, and provides technical subject matter expertise on performance metrics analysis, design, development, and departmental operations. This position also uses analysis to make recommendations on improvements to program design and function as well as counselor performance.

Responsibilities:
Provides data analysis and management, supports and maintains databases, and supervises staff.
o    Hires, supervises, and evaluates CMS and data management personnel.
o    Analyzes data and reports for the completion of state and national contracts, grants, presentations, and accreditation.
o    Develops and analyzes  and creates QA data reports on counselor performance and makes recommendations for individual improvement.
o    Develops and maintains content of the database, recommending revisions to improve data collection and reporting as needed.
o    Collects, enters, and analyzes data; manages data files, ensuring accuracy and security of data; geographically maps data for analysis, reviews data input for accuracy, and provides feedback to respective supervisors and database users.
o    Analyzes marketing data, makes recommendations on future marketing initiatives based on current and past trends, participates in Helpline community outreach events, and assists in completing other marketing activities such as quarterly, state-wide information distribution activities.

Serves as a role model in carrying out the Father Flanagan's Boys' Home mission.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, or equivalent.
2+ years of experience including data collection and analysis.
•    Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and to translate complex data into understandable conclusions and recommendations.
•    Research analysis and data management skills.
•    Strong experience with relational databases and database schema.
•    Strong computer skills in Microsoft Products, including Access, Excel, MapPoint, PowerPoint and Word; SQL and query programming skills; data visualization.
•    Ability to communicate in an articulate, professional manner. Strong writing skills.
•    Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and multi-task while maintaining quality standards.
•    Ability to present data and analysis in a group setting related to community engagement initiatives included in the Boys Town National Strategic Plan.
•    Ability to successfully lead a team of associates.
