Customer Success Representitive

Job ID REQ-2023-527 Omaha, Nebraska

Focuses on implementation and adoption success. Supports the sales team in the development of multilayered relationships by monitoring the usage, and product adoption. Consults with internal and external leaders to communicate progress and cultivate insights.


  • Expands customers’ growth and success via strategic development, key stakeholder management, data insights and account leadership.

  • Tracks and implements plans to increase adoption and ensure renewal with each account.

  • Assists with prioritization and execution of continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Acts as liaison between customers and Boys Town and manages customer relationships.

  • Serves as an expert educator in best practices.

  • Work with internal teams to deliver the highest quality of support our customer community expects.

  • Responsible to set correct expectations and manage issues to completion.

  • Participates in companywide projects as assigned.

  • Provides expert deployment of products and product upgrades, manage, and communicate customer issues and concerns.


  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse groups of people.

  • Strong planning and organizational skills.

  • Ability to understand client needs, explain complex issues, and proactively support outcomes to build a strong rapport and establish trust and credibility.

  • Skilled in Excel and leveraging data to tell compelling stories.

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritizes tasks in a changing environment.

  • Ability to solve problems and seek solutions.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

  • Minimum of 3 years of client-faced experience required.

  • Minimum of 2 years customer service telephone support experience required.

  • Evidence of driving positive client outcomes, adoption, engagement, and expansion required.
