Directs the operation and budgetary management of ambulatory clinic services to ensure the provision of clinically effective and cost effective services. Clinics may be in multiple geographic locations.
Ensures compliance of ambulatory clinics with applicable standards and requirements of the CMS, Joint Commission, OSHA, Nebraska Board of Nursing and all other applicable regulatory/governmental agencies.
Participates in the identification, planning, implementation and evaluation of ambulatory clinical programs and services which assure a focus on quality and safety of patient care.
Assures attitudes and behaviors supporting customer service are applied in staff selection, evaluation and daily practices.
Works directly with the medical staff to resolve patient care and operational issues.
Works across organizational divisions to meet the overall goals and objectives of the organization.

Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in nursing or related field, such as health care administration or business administration, preferred
Current license as a Registered Nurse in Nebraska or a compact state, preferred
Demonstrated leadership and management ability with a minimum of five (5) years progressive experience in outpatient clinic management
Excellent interpersonal skills and written communication.
Ability to manage, lead and work effectively with a medical staff and diverse individuals across the organization.
Ability to apply acquired knowledge and skills to assigned duties.
Ability to prompt, influence, implement and sustain organizational change in a positive manner.
Ability to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to have well-developed negotiation skills and personal qualities commensurate with the expectations of the role.
