About Our Case Management Jobs
Case Management Jobs are critical to Boys Town fulfilling our mission to make a profound difference in the lives of at-risk children and families in communities nationwide. Through developing positive client relationships, Case Management professionals become the trusted advisors and coaches for the families and youth they serve. Understanding each client’s unique circumstances and needs, Case Management professionals create individualized service plans that incorporate Boys Town techniques and practices to aid families in meeting their goals. Case Management professionals utilize our Common Sense Parenting curriculum to train parents on behavior modification techniques. This training allows parents to become more effective in teaching to their children on their own. Collaborating with fellow social service professionals and community agencies, Case Management professionals help families and youth establish a support system and access essential resources, so they feel more empowered. Case Management professionals track accountability for each client on their caseload through preparing detailed case notes and service plans, continually striving to learn not only “what works,” but “what is best” for the youth and families they serve. Case Management professionals have the best interest of their clients in mind at all times and continually strive to keep children in the home and families together whenever possible. Boys Town is a non-profit organization that takes great pride in changing the lives of more than 2 million at-risk children and families in communities across the country each year.
